To this end we have created an environment located on Phuket's beautiful Kalim Beach that uniquely melds an exotic collusion of Spanish and Thai cuisine with a mind blowing interior design creating a dining and artistic experience for our 'friends' - you our customers - unique to Phuket. Brush's eclectic, inspiring design by renowned, local artist John Underwood will definitely stimulate your artistic senses. Tapas and Paella, created in traditional Spanish style, delicious 'small plate' Thai dishes combine two of the world's most popular cuisines at your table.
You are surrounded by Brush's striking, extraordinary, environmentally conscious interior. The washed walls are of recycled wood after the 2004 Tsunami, quirky sculptures and paintings dot the restaurant and waitresses in elegant Thai silk dresses attend. Take your Tapas on the high chairs at the bar in traditional Spanish style, or eat from a steaming hot Paella pan at your table. Brush has a superb cocktail selection and wine cellar.
